SMS testing, with your permission

How you give permission

During a scheduled AiVA product test, an AI Integrations team member confirms the mobile number you want to use, explains the message you requested, and reads the following script. You must give an explicit affirmative answer before the test message is sent. Declining does not prevent you from testing features that do not use SMS.

“May AI Integrations send the AiVA test message or demonstration checkout link you requested to your confirmed mobile number? You receive one message per requested test. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Terms and privacy information are at aiintegrations.ai/aiva-sms-testing, and support is available at info@aiintegrations.tech. Consent is optional. Do you agree to receive this test text?”

The team member records the number, date and time, script version, and your affirmative or negative response in the test record. A new test text requires a new request. Providing a number alone does not give permission, and this page does not enroll visitors in messages. We do not use website forms, QR codes, or keywords for initial enrollment in this test program.

AiVA SMS Testing terms

• Messages identify AiVA and contain the test confirmation or demonstration link you requested.
• One message is sent per requested test. Total frequency depends on how many tests you request.
• Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Reply STOP to opt out. A confirmation of your opt-out may be sent. No further test messages will be sent while you are opted out.
• Reply HELP for help, or email info@aiintegrations.tech.
• Replying START after an opt-out restores your ability to receive requested tests; it does not subscribe you to marketing or automatically request another test.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• A demonstration checkout link does not itself confirm a reservation or authorize a payment. Follow the destination's terms before completing any transaction.

Messaging privacy

We collect your mobile number, consent record, requested test details, and delivery or opt-out status to deliver and support the tests you request. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process the information to deliver and support this messaging program.
